What this notice covers
VivoCaption LLC, a Texas limited liability company, operates this website. This notice covers visits, invitation requests, and related inquiries. This website does not capture sermon audio, generate live translations, or create listener accounts. A church’s use of the pilot service will be covered by the notices and agreements provided during onboarding.
Information you provide
The invitation form collects your name, email address, church or ministry name, language needs, optional notes, consent to contact, and the time of your request. Please avoid including confidential pastoral information, information about children, or other sensitive personal details in the form. If you email us, we also receive the information in your message.
How we use and share it
We use your information to respond to your request, discuss pilot suitability, arrange setup and rehearsals, manage inquiries, and protect the website from misuse. Requests are stored in a hosted database and accessed by authorized personnel for these purposes. Our website hosting and infrastructure providers, including OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, process information needed to deliver and secure the site. We do not sell your invitation information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect legal rights or security.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting providers may process IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, and security logs, and may use cookies necessary for their delivery or security features. We have not added Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing analytics to this website. If we introduce optional tracking or WhatsApp messaging, we will update the relevant notice and obtain any required choices or permissions first.
Retention and your choices
We keep invitation and inquiry information while responding to you and arranging or supporting your potential pilot, and as reasonably needed for security, legal obligations, or dispute resolution. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or stop further contact, by emailing carlos@vivocaption.com. We may need to confirm your identity and may retain records where legally required. Where applicable law grants additional privacy rights, you may exercise them through the same address.
Security, children, and updates
We limit access to invitation records and use HTTPS for this website. No online service can guarantee absolute security. This form is intended for adult church representatives and is not directed to children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has submitted information. We may update this notice as the website changes and will revise the effective date shown here.

VivoCaption LLC es una sociedad de responsabilidad limitada de Texas. Este aviso cubre visitas, solicitudes de invitación y consultas. El formulario recopila nombre, correo, iglesia o ministerio, idiomas, notas opcionales, consentimiento de contacto y fecha de solicitud. No incluyas información pastoral confidencial ni datos sensibles o de menores. Este sitio no captura sermones ni crea cuentas; el servicio piloto tendrá sus propios avisos y acuerdos.
Uso, proveedores y seguimiento
Usamos la información para responder, coordinar el piloto y sus ensayos, gestionar consultas y proteger el sitio. Las solicitudes se guardan en una base de datos alojada, accesible por personal autorizado. Los proveedores de alojamiento e infraestructura, incluidos OpenAI Sites y Cloudflare, procesan datos necesarios para el sitio y su seguridad, que pueden incluir direcciones IP, información técnica, registros y cookies necesarias. Limitamos el acceso a las solicitudes y usamos HTTPS, aunque ningún servicio en línea garantiza seguridad absoluta. El formulario está dirigido a representantes adultos, no a menores de 13 años. Contáctanos si un menor envió datos. Antes de introducir seguimiento opcional o mensajes por WhatsApp, actualizaremos el aviso y obtendremos los permisos necesarios. Publicaremos los cambios con una nueva fecha de vigencia.
